Products
Goblin Dreams try to give an accurate representation of my products, but due to the nature of the handcrafted items, they may differ very slightly from the photograph shown.  We do have high quality control standards and am confident you will be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, please contact me.

Privacy
Goblin Dreams take Privacy very seriously and we only collect the minimum data necessary to complete your order.  Goblin Dreams will never pass your details to a third party.

Payment
Goblin Dreams accepts:

- Paypal, a secure and safe payment method.  You do not need a paypal account to send payment, and you can pay by credit or debit card.  
- Google Checkout
- Postal Order, Cheque or Bank Transfer (please contact me for details) 

Postage
Postage costs are calculated on weight, and will be added at the checkout.  
UK orders over £35 have the option of FREE second class delivery. 

Packaging
We reuse packaging materials where possible, and all our gift boxes are made from recycled materials.   

Delivery
Goblin Dreams aims to process your order within one working day, and dispatch same day where possible.  This is with the exception of made to order and personalised pieces.  Goblin Dreams reserves the right to change this policy without notice and offers no guarantee that we can accomplish this aim everyday.  Maximum dispatch time will be 3 working days, unless contacted.

You will receive notice of your items being dispatched via email.  Estimated times for delivery are:

These are estimated times only, and we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes.
If you do not receive your item within these timeframes, please contact me so that we can start to resolve. 
If your items has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately

Returns
Goblin Dreams hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return* you may do so within a period of 14 days (*with the exception of pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons).
You must contact Goblin Dreams before returning, and we will give you instructions for return.  Do not return to address listed below.  Goblin Dreams are not responsible for return postage (unless item is damaged) and you must obtain proof of postage.
